The Brief
Client: Residential
Location: Seaberry Drive, Cork, Ireland
Project Type: Installation of laminate flooring throughout the entire house and the tiling, waterproofing, and vanity fitting in two bathrooms. It also includes the demolition of the existing kitchen—repurposing the old cabinets for use in the laundry room—followed by the installation of the new kitchen, along with all necessary plumbing and electrical works.
Timeline: 6 weeks
For this project, the new homeowners needed a team who could communicate seamlessly and execute their specific vision. Having just purchased an affordable council home, they wanted to give the property a complete refresher, making it move-in ready to start and raise their family. We brought their vision to life, handling every detail to transform the house into their perfect home.
