Our €249 package includes up to 3 property viewings within the Cork City area, for properties up to approximately 120 m². We provide practical, renovation-focused observations to help you understand the property before you buy.
No. Our service is not a replacement for a Structural Engineer’s Survey or any other professional inspection. We provide a practical visual assessment and can highlight areas where further specialist investigation may be worthwhile.
We can point out visible signs or areas that may warrant further investigation. Where appropriate, we may recommend specialist checks such as a damp assessment, asbestos survey or other professional inspection.
Our standard service covers properties within a maximum 15 km radius from T12 WN5F and up to approximately 120 m². For properties outside these parameters, contact us and we can discuss a tailored option.
After each property viewing, you will receive a standard Pre-Buy Property Check form highlighting the best and worst points of the property, based on our observations during the viewing. This gives you a clear summary to refer back to when comparing properties and deciding whether you want to investigate anything further. The form is a practical summary and not a formal survey or Structural Engineer’s Report.
Yes. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a viewing. With less than 24 hours’ notice, the viewing will be considered used, and no replacement viewing or extension of the 45-day validity period will be provided. This cancellation policy is subject to any statutory cancellation and consumer rights that may apply under Irish or EU law.
